Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, raise a return request immediately with clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund based on your preference.

Exchanges are possible only for products that meet the return eligibility criteria. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, you may choose an alternative product as per availability.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the item passes inspection. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase. You’ll receive an email once the refund is completed.

Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return requests should be made within the valid return window from the delivery date. Items showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you for rescheduling. In some cases, the package may be returned to us if multiple delivery attempts fail.

Yes, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility. This email will contain all essential details related to your shipment. 

Delivery usually requires 3–8 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Timelines may differ due to courier operations, seasonal volumes, or unexpected delays. 

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, not counting weekends or public holidays. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order leaves our facility. We prioritize quick and efficient processing for smooth delivery.

Cancellation Policy

In rare cases of technical errors or stock unavailability, your order may be cancelled automatically. If this occurs, you’ll be informed promptly and the paid amount will be refunded in full.

You will receive an email notification confirming whether your order cancellation was successful. If approved, the amount will be reversed to your original payment method.

Currently, only one payment method can be used per transaction. For quicker checkout, select the payment option you prefer most.

Cancellations are allowed only if the order has not been packed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If eligible, you may submit a return request
